• Take an A4 sheet of spotty yellow paper and line up with the Dovecraft pillow box scoreboard. Select the ‘fish-eye’ shape from the board and score around the top and bottom.
• Cut out around the scored lines, leaving an extra 1cm along one of the straight sides. Fold along the lines and glue along one of the straight lines to assemble the box. Punch out small circles from each ‘fish-eye’ to facilitate opening the box.
• Cut a 8cm x 21cm strip of paper and snip from every 0.25cm to within 0.5cm of the edge to create a long fringed strip. Take a printed edge of the strip, apply double-sided tape and roll around the bottom of the fringed section to help it stick in place. Open out the fringe and curl each strip.
• Cut a few leaf shapes from the patterned paper by hand and attach to the base of the flower. Attach this entire section to the pillow box.
