METHOD
1 Create a 10.5cm x 15cm dark blue card blank. To create the outline frame, die cut a sailing boat from white card. Using a pokey tool, gently remove the small negative die-cut elements out, such as the sky and the waves.
2 Adhere the white die-cut frame to the card, leaving space at the top for a sentiment. Run the same sailing boat die through your die-cutting machine in light blue card and cut another in turquoise card.
Extract the sky elements from the light blue die-cut and remove the waves from the turquoise die-cut.
3 Paper-piece all of the die-cut elements together within the white frame and fix to the card. Die cut an ‘Ahoy!’ sentiment in white card and adhere to the top of the card.
