YOU WILL NEED:
Craft essentials
Cardstock, metallic
Dies: circle, star
METHOD:
1 Layer geometric patterned paper onto a 10cm x 15cm light blue blank. Cut a circle, 9.5cm in diameter, from blue metallic card and fix to the centre.
2 Create concentric circles from the same blue and two other shades of metallic, then layer with 3D foam pads and fix to the centre of the largest circle.
3 Die cut a sentiment into a circle and attach on top of the foil circles with 3D foam pads. Trim several small stars from silver metallic card and scatter around the ring.
