New Style
There’s something really exciting about introducing other disciplines into your cardmaking. People are always surprised at just how well any form of knitting seems to gel with greetings; it’s always a delight seeing a recipient’s face light up when they spy something they didn’t even think was possible. While these are perfect for spring or summer, they can easily be adapted for winter makes with a few simple tweaks such as subtle colour changes.

Knit Tips
My first bit of advice is to try and knit a little looser than you would normally. It’s easy to get tight stitches when you’re knitting mini makes. You can definitely experiment with different sized needles too! Wooden skewers are the next size up and make for good needles that you can cut down to size. It’s all about finding the level you’re comfortable with. Don’t fancy knitting? Grab an old jumper, cut it down to size, then wrap it around a piece of card.
