Take a 10.5cm x 15cm top-folding blank and cover with teal card. Trim patterned paper slightly smaller than the blank, round the corners and secure. Cut a rectangle from light pink, then use a circle die to create a rounded top. Punch a hole in the top and tie white ribbon through.
Build up layers of white card with a wavy edge at the top, starting just above the centre. Add additional layers in front of the first section using 3D foam pads. Stamp a sentiment in black and secure.
Die cut houses from white, aqua and red, add light pink and white behind, and secure to the tag. Stick a green glitter tree to the front and adhere to the blank using 3D foam pads.
