METHOD: Congratulations pinwheel

Make a 12cm square blank from white card. Stamp 'Congratulations' along the top.

Cut a panel of paper the same width as the card. Cut a scallop border along the top and bottom and fix to the greeting.

Cut two 3.5cm squares of patterned paper. Trim from each corner halfway into the centre of the square then fold four alternate points into the centre to create a pinwheel. Secure with glue.
