Christmas Tree Gatefold Card

YOU WILL NEED:
Dies: star, snowflakes
Patterned paper
Cardstock: red, dark blue, white
Gems, silver
Adhesives: 3D foam pads, glue
Die-cutting machine

METHOD:
1. Draw a large triangle onto the centre of a landscape card, 21cm x 29.5cm, score diagonal lines and fold the outer edges into the centre.

2. Mark a central vertical line down each flap individually and trim. Cut excess card from the straight edge along the bottom to create a blank.

3. Add dark blue to the inside triangle panel and light blue patterned paper to the outer edges. Draw branch shapes on the inside of each gatefold and cut out.

4. Sandwich two red star die-cuts together using 3D foam pads on the top section only, then slot over the point at the top of the tree. Embellish with white die-cut snowflakes and gems.
