Use your trusty sewing machine or just some good old glue to make these nifty bookmarks

Bookmark Pockets

YOU WILL NEED:
Maggie Holmes Sweet Story 12” x 12” Collection Kit
Stamp, butterfly
Punch, hole
Ink pad, purple
Baker’s twine, lilac
Glue
Sewing machine (optional)

METHOD:
1. Take pieces of patterned card, 7cm x 17cm, and trim out smaller coordinating pieces to 7cm x 9cm. Using a sewing machine, affix the left, right and bottom edges to create a pocket or use glue if you prefer.

2. Cut cardstock to 5cm x 15cm and embellish by stamping butterflies or adding sections of patterned card. Add toppers, then punch a hole in the top of each bookmark. Thread baker’s twine through the holes to finish.
