Roll up papers and turn them into a heart decoration
• Create a 14cm x 14cm heart shape from thick card and cover with white paper. Cut several 3cm wide strips of paper. Wrap a strip lengthways around a 5mm knitting needle and glue down the long edge to join, making a paper straw. Let the glue dry and slide off the needle. Repeat until you have enough straws to cover the heart shape.
• Glue a straw down the centre of the heart and use a pair of small sharp scissors to cut the ends in line with the card template. Add more straws on either side, keeping them all parallel to the centre and trimming the ends neatly
