1 Create a 15cm squared blank from white card. For the border, cut four 3cm x 15cm strips from patterned paper and cut each end at an angle, before adhering to the greeting.
2 Trim three balloons from various patterned papers and attach them to the centre of the card using 3D foam pads, ensuring the middle balloon is positioned slightly lower than the other two.
3 Fix a blue satin bow just above the lower border in the centre. Using a marker pen, draw strings from each balloon to meet together at the bow. Then, add a ‘With love’ sentiment to the bottom of the greeting and adhere three blue gems to each corner to finish.
