METHOD:
1. Trim a sheet of card, 10cm x 30cm. Starting from the left, measure in 2.5cm and score, then fold. Turn the card over and score and fold at 2.5cm. Repeat this until you have reached the end of the card to make a concertina spine. An A4 page creates a ten-page album. For an album with more pages, simply stick extra spines on.
2. Gather together sentimental photos. Trim all pictures down to 6cm square so that they all co-ordinate perfectly. For the album pages, cut white card TO 10cm x 11cm. Add a strip of diagonal patterned paper, 2.5cm along the left-hand side of the first page.
3. Attach a vertical striped panel in the middle and a square of white card, 6.5cm x 7.5cm. Finish with a photo and a handwritten description along the bottom. Repeat with the next page, replacing the diagonal pattern with a strip of typography paper. Remember to mirror the design when working on the left-hand side of the album.
