FREE Kate Hadfield Designs Haberdashery Digi Stamps

Thanks to Kate Hadfield Designs, you can get your hands on 39 digi stamps that are oh-sew divine. Cotton reels, tape measures, scissors, sewing machines, balls of wool… this set is an ode to soft crafts and we love it! Enhance the theme
Be clever like Kitty and first establish what you already have in your craft stash that says ‘haberdashery’ – think stitch-effect dies, ribbon and pom-pom trims. A couple of our cards also utilise papers with a printed texture that almost mimics fabric. Snazzy! Not only do such pairings reinforce the theme, but it can take your cardmaking to another (wonderfully professional) level. What do you have in your collection that could work?

Grab your pens
Now comes our favourite part. Get your preferred colouring pens or pencils and start colouring! Alcohol markers like Winsor & Newton ProMarkers work best, because you can choose from a wide range of colours and give your digis depth. If you’d like to take your shading up a notch, be inspired by our ‘Knit’ greeting; it’s a great example of light and dark versions of the same colour being used to add a touch of realness.

Consider your recipient
Do you know lots of creative people? These cards are perfect! Simply choose the most appropriate motifs and get to work. You could even try a touch of personalisation. Add their sewing machine’s brand and model number, colour a ball of wool in their favourite colour, or make a joke about their about-to-explode button collection. Don’t forget, you can also use digi stamps for gift tags, other papercrafts and even home décor!
