• Take a 10.5cm x 19.5cm pink blank. Cut a 10cm x 19cm background panel from the topper set and layer onto pink card. Cut a further shape from the set 9.5cm x 18.5cm in dimension and stick on top. Layer the whale decoupage and secure with foam pads.
• Wrap ribbon across the bottom of the layers then attach it all to the front of the blank. Attach a circular die-cut sentiment to the centre of the ribbon and add pink dome stickers to the corners.
